I expect you to pay for parking/valet fees that are associated with your out-call location.

If your out-call location is more than one hour from me, an additional travel expense may be applicable.
 
Any attempt to negotiate these or ask for a discount is gauche and will be grounds for refusal of service. I suggest you find a provider within your means if my honorariums are too high for your budget.

My honorariums reflect my exclusivity, which ensures less quantity and more quality.  Instead of being one soul caught in a client mill, you are an exclusive VIP gentleman who will receive my complete, undivided attention in an unrushed atmosphere.  The old adage "you get what you pay for" certainly applies here.

You may tip, if you would like to do so, but it is not expected.
